REFUND POLICY:
Once you have submitted your Order and your payment has been authorised, you will not be entitled to change or cancel your Order, nor will you be entitled to a refund. If you wish to change or cancel your Order, you may contact us before we start to cook your meal.
Refunds can be accepted under following terms:
1. Meal is not prepared/cooked
2. Food consumption is less than 1%
Any other terms are not excepted
Delivery of your Order: Estimated times for deliveries and collections are provided by us and are only estimates. We cannot guarantee that Orders will be delivered or will be available for collection within the estimated times.
Payment authorisation: Where any payment you make is not authorised, your Order will not be processed or communicated to us by the card payment provider. If your payment is rejected, please call us to process payment over the phone if its possible.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
An order may be cancelled for a full refund as long as preparation has not been started.
